CFS principal consultant Kelly Codega has extensive experience working with and for not-for- profit institutions. She specializes in: major gifts and capital campaigns, endowment, comprehensive, and annual giving campaigns, planned giving, and employee campaigns. Her knowledge and skills are centered in marketing, donor relations, retention, and recognition.
She has been recognized by several organization throughout the Mid-West South for her work developing successful capital campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
Kelly's was employed by Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation in Memphis, TN where she managed physician relations and previously provided regional marketing and client provider relations. She also worked for Park Nicollet Foundation in Minneapolis, MN as Senior Major Gifts Officer and with United Health Group serving as Commercial Product Manager
She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy.
Kelly's partner and husband Michael assists the firm providing advisement in business process excellence and with organizational asessment. Michael has extensive international background at an executive level across several industry segments.
Lisa Hankins assists with event planning and coordination. Lisa is uniquely qualified and has years of experience planning and conducting special events with several organizations. Lisa has coordinated festivals, fairs, parades, dinners, parties and numerous other events.
